Cookies and privacy policy
1. DATA PROCESSING
Your data is communicated to VINTAGERIA VENEZIA SAS, with headquarters in Santa Croce 2120 - VAT number IT04579320278. The person responsible for privacy and data processing is Paolo Danesin, who can be contacted at info@vintageria.it
Our data management policies are based on the regulations governing privacy (Legislative Decree 196/2003 "Privacy Code" and EU Regulation 679/2016 "GDPR") and, more generally, on the principles of transparency, confidentiality, and fairness. The data collected will not be disclosed to third parties unless you explicitly authorize us to do so.
2. NEWSLETTER
Through the "newsletter" tool we regularly send to the registered addresses:
- information relating to our commercial activity;
- general information relating to our areas of interest (sustainable fashion, history of costume and entertainment);
- news about events that concern us;
- promotional messages and offers.
To subscribe, you must explicitly agree to receive this type of communications.
The newsletter is managed by Mailchimp, and your email address is stored on Mailchimp's servers and periodically in the list's backups. You can read Mailchimp's privacy policy here:
https://mailchimp.com/legal/privacy/
Mailchimp, like any newsletter management platform, provides information on who opens the newsletters and clicks on the links. We use this information to determine whether we're writing content that's interesting to readers and adjust accordingly. For your information:
- if you don't want the person who sends you a newsletter to know you've opened it, read the newsletter without downloading the images;
- If you don't want your clicks on newsletter links to be tracked, copy the links, preferably from the text-only version, and open them directly in your browser.
You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking the link at the bottom of each message.
We will continue to send you newsletters until you decide to unsubscribe.
When you subscribe or unsubscribe, we will receive an email notification.
NB: After unsubscribing, Mailchimp still retains the data of former subscribers to prevent them from being forced back into the mailing list. However, if you wish to permanently and immediately delete your data, you can request it when unsubscribing.

This site does not use cookies to integrate third-party software products and functions.
D. PROFILING COOKIES
These cookies are used to create user profiles in order to send advertising messages tailored to the preferences expressed by the user within the pages of the Site.
