Shipping and returns

1. SHIPPING

The order will be shipped based on the product availability visible on the site at the time of purchase.

In the event of exceptional circumstances related to computer errors or simultaneous purchases, we reserve the right not to process orders. In this case, we will contact you with instructions on how to choose another item or you will be refunded.

Shipping costs are as follows:

- Italy : €5.90 per shipment, free for orders over €59

- Western Europe (Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, France, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Spain only): €8.90 per shipment, free for orders over €59

- Eastern Europe and other European countries (Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, UK, Hungary): €10.90 per shipment, free for orders over €99

- USA: €21.90 shipping, free for orders over €199

- all other countries: €31.90 per shipment, free for orders over €199.

NB: For orders shipped outside the European Union , the relevant authorities may apply additional VAT and customs fees and remit them to the end user. If you refuse to pay them and the shipment is returned to the sender, we will deduct the shipping costs and any customs charges from your order refund. Unfortunately, as a result of the successful Brexit vote, this will also affect our friends in the UK starting in January 2021.


SHIPPING METHODS AND DELIVERY TIMES

We try to take care of every detail to minimize our ecological footprint.

We use packaging made from recycled and recyclable materials , and are also ready to be reused for any returns (which we obviously do not recommend: check the measurements carefully before purchasing!).

In the absence of greater ecological awareness within the transport sector, we have decided to collaborate with Eden Reforestation Projects and for every shipment we plant a tree .

All orders will be shipped the next business day after the order is placed. On holidays or weekends, the item will be shipped the next business day after the order is placed.

Estimated shipping times are:

- for shipments to Europe, 3 to 5 working days;

- for worldwide shipping, 6 to 10 business days.

Delivery times are approximate and based on weather conditions and normal traffic. The COVID-19 pandemic may cause delays. If for any reason delivery deadlines cannot be met, the customer will be notified immediately so they can decide whether to proceed with the transaction.

Please note that the maximum delivery time, according to current legislation, is 30 days.


2. REFUNDS AND CANCELLATIONS

RETURN POLICY

First of all, remember that you're buying secondhand clothes that may have small defects. We try to highlight any such defects in the product pages on our website.

Before purchasing, carefully review the descriptions, photos, and especially the measurements of each item. Each shipment generates CO2 emissions, which we try to offset by planting a tree for each order received. Please consider this before deciding to return your purchase.

However, we only accept returns if requested within 30 days of delivery to the customer's destination, and the items must be returned to us with our tags still attached . Furthermore, please note that return shipping costs are only refunded if the item has a serious defect not shown or described in the images or product description on the website. If customs fees are applied to a return from a country outside the European Union, we will refund the difference and not the full order amount.

CANCELLATIONS

Bearing in mind that we try to ship as quickly as possible, in the event of cancellation of the order once it has already been shipped, the shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.


DEFECTIVE ITEMS

When you receive an obviously defective item, you must contact us immediately via WhatsApp, Telegram, or email at info@vintageria.it, providing your name, surname, and order number. You must also send us images showing the defect you found that is not shown on the product page on our website.

Once we receive all the information and confirm our error, we'll ask you to return the defective item. Once we receive the item at our warehouse and verify the defect, we'll refund the shipping cost up to €15 (or the equivalent in your country's currency).

In the event of defects already described in the product description, we will only refund the cost of the item as if it were a normal return. In any case, returned items must arrive with our labels still attached .
